John Lountzis

Accounting Director

John Lountzis joined the BEB Capital team in April 2019. John has over 20 years of accounting experience primarily in commercial and residential real estate.  Prior to joining BEB Capital, John served as the Controller for Sharestates Inc., overseeing the financial requirements for an online marketplace lending and investing platform.  Prior to this position, John served as Property Controller at Colony NorthStar Inc, Controller at American Continental Properties LLC, and Assistant VP at One Liberty Properties Inc.

In his current role, John is tasked with overseeing real estate accounting team. John graduated from Queens College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
