Patrick is responsible for the underwriting, sourcing, and research for BEB Capital’s debt and equity investments. Prior to Joining BEB Capital he was at Midwood Investment & Development a $4 billion AUM owner operator and developer, where he oversaw the development budgets and financing for over $1 billion of projects in various stages of construction, including 150 East 78th Street a 100,00 SF, 25-unit ultra-luxury residential condominium building designed by world renowned architect Robert. A.M. Stern. Other projects included several 200-400 unit residential developments in New York City and Philadelphia, a Whole Foods in Garden City, and The Shops at Studio City a $100mm luxury retail site in Los Angeles, CA. Patrick started his career with Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate structuring debt and equity real estate transactions. He received his B.A. from Fordham University.
