The BEB Capital Lending Division is a privately held real estate lending company that provides financing solutions for commercial real estate assets located in primary and secondary markets along the east coast of the United States. BEB’s lending platform offers loans up to $10 million and specializes in core real estate assets, including multifamily, industrial, mixed-use, office, retail, development sites, note on note financing and other commercial property types. We consider all situations and offer a wide range of flexible solutions to borrowers in need of private, quick and creative capital, as outlined in our Lending Parameters.

BEB Capital Lending Division is an affiliate of BEB Capital, a privately held, full service real estate investment and development firm. With over 100 years of combined experience in real estate lending, investment and development, BEB’s principals draw on a wealth of knowledge and strong industry relationships to evaluate deal capitalizations, identify and resolve potential pitfalls, and develop creative and flexible capital solutions for BEB borrowers.

BEB Capital Lending Division is not a loan-to-own platform; BEB Capital Lending Division and BEB Capital’s principals believe in working with sponsors to ensure the success of each investment and establish long-term working partnerships.

BEB’s Lending Division is headed by Keyvan Ghaytanchi, who joined BEB Capital in 2006, and who continues to serve as its chief operating officer. As COO, Keyvan manages the firm’s day-to-day business activities, overseeing all transactions and operations including asset management, developments, legal affairs, leasing, reporting, due diligence and risk control. Keyvan also structures and oversees all of BEB Capital’s joint venture, equity and debt transactions.

Keyvan serves as Vice Chair of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law Alumni Association, Real Estate Practice Group. He graduated from the City University of New York-Queens College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Ghaytanchi later earned his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2003.

Sean Silverbrook has over 13 years of finance and real estate experience. In his career Sean has transacted on over $1 billion of commercial real estate nationwide. Prior to joining BEB, Sean was director of origination’s for Maxim Capital Group a fund specializing in commercial real estate bridge loans nationwide. Prior to Maxim, Sean launched the commercial real estate bridge lending division for Stabilis Capital Management a multi-billion-dollar credit fund. Sean began his career and received formal credit training at Grand Bank, NA a community bank based in Hamilton NJ.

He graduated Cum Laude from Saint Joseph’s University with a dual major in Finance and Economics.
