Property Manager

Guy Maxis joined BEB Capital in August 2016.  As Property Manager, he brings the firm over 20 years of experience as shift supervisor in the IO Control Department at Sandata Technologies.  In his current role, Guy oversees the management of the firm’s portfolio in the New York Metropolitan area, communicating with tenants and vendors to complete requests and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Guy earned a certification in computers including technical support from Katharine Gibbs School.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his children and watching sports.
