Jesse Beatus

Sr. Asset Manager

Jesse Beatus joined BEB Capital in 2026 as Sr. Asset Manager. Jesse is responsible for the financial and operational health and performance of the Real Estate portfolio. Prior to joining BEB Capital, Jesse was CRE Manager and Leader at the NY Fed where he was strategically focused across several lines of Real Estate, specializing in Asset Management, Leasing Oversight, Finance, Risk, and Special Projects (Strategy, Construction, Development) for the Commercial Portfolio for the district.  Before the NY Fed, Jesse performed similar responsibilities for Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB Americas) , an engineering firm, now a subsidiary of WSP. Jesse earned an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from CUNY, Baruch and holds his Bachelors from New York University.  He is a member of Corenet Global and IFMA with additional designations from both.
