BEB Capital Names Six to Executive Positions To Accommodate Expanding Business Scope

Port Washington-Based Real Estate Developer and Manager
Appoints Controller and Human Resources Director

PORT WASHINGTON, NY – November 12, 2019 – BEB Capital has expanded its executive staff with six new appointments, reports CEO Lee Brodsky. Among them, Robert Chase was named controller, a new position, and Lilliana Soto was appointed head of human resources.

Like Mr. Chase, the four other newcomers are serving in financial capacities. They are: John Lountzis, director of accounting; Rachelle Michel, director of family office accounting; Patrick Frame, senior financial analyst; and Umer Younas, senior accountant.

BEB Capital is a real estate owner/developer and manager with operations on Long Island, in New York City, and elsewhere along the East Coast. “In the past year, we’ve entered the Manhattan multifamily market, added to our light industrial portfolio on Long Island, and begun managing properties for other ownership entities,” he notes. “We are adding the expertise required to support a growing enterprise.”
